Refund policy

What is your refund policy?

Hopefully you love everything you’ve purchased, but if not, we’re here to help! 

- There are no monetary returns. You have 3 days to exchange or receive a store credit.
- All sales are final after 3 days. No exclusions. 
- Items must be unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and unscented. 
- Tags must be still intact in the way they were when they were purchased. 

-Prices must still be visible.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.
- Final sale items will not be accepted for return. Examples of final sale items: any items discounted, baby toys, teethers, pacifiers, diaper bags, changing pads and candy.

How do I start a return?

- Secure items into packaging. We are not responsible for items that have been lost or damaged in transit.

- Provide either a receipt or include your name and order number in the package. 

- Send returns to: 104 S. Main Street New Carlisle, Ohio 45344

- Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. If using a label through our return portal, the customer agrees to have the cost of the shipping withheld from their refund. 

-We cannot always guarantee an exchange due to limited inventory. If you’d like an exchange, you must first purchase the item desired. We will refund you when we receive the item being returned.

How long before my order ships? 

-Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Any orders placed on Saturday-Tuesday will be shipped on the following Wednesday. 


My order has not arrived, what do I do?

-Reach out to us if you have not received your order. We can Check to see if it has been shipped out. 

-If your item has been shipped, you must contact the postal carrier for lost/missing orders.

- We are not responsible for items that have been lost or misplaced by postal carriers. No refund or exchange will be given. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 
In store we accept: Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Small Town Kids Boutique issued Gift Cards.

Online we accept: All of the above plus PayPal  Shop Pay.  and
